Our mission is to establish sustainable timber plantation within some of the most depleted
forestry areas of the world, while at the same time achieving consistent financial returns
for our clients, within carefully monitored environment.

Over the past 50 years managed timber investments have shown considerable returns,
outperforming most Global bond or equity indices. The average rates of return on capital
has been between 10 to 16 % per annum. These returns were achieved despite poor
management practices and bad general felling practices within the lumber industry.

Over the past 100 years illegal logging of old forests areas has been the rule rather than
the exception. This does not need to be the case as by carefully managing forests you can
maximize your profits while being kind to the environment.

Greenwood Investments is a forestry investment company, we look to acquire and manage timberland investments on behalf of our clients.  We try to match our plantations to our client’s individual needs, with a strong focus on creating new timber plantation opportunities and managing them to produce low risk returns.
